Iris Finance is hiring a Head of Growth. Own demand gen for a fast-growing CPG fintech — unconventional campaigns, creative outreach, and turning attention into pipeline. Remote, entry-level.

About Iris

Iris Finance is the AI-native financial intelligence platform for consumer brands. CPG companies the finance function of a business ten times their size using AI — a real-time analytics platform, benchmarking across a 200+ brand network, FP&A and CFO advisory, and transaction advisory for deals and diligence. We're venture-backed and building the financial operating system for the consumer economy.

The role

We sell B2B, but our buyers don't behave like B2B buyers. They're consumer brand founders and operators — people who live on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn and consume content like the customers they sell to. That means our growth motion looks different: founder-led content and short-form video sit next to outbound sequences and paid media, and they all feed the same pipeline.

You'll own that entire motion. This is a full-stack, player-coach growth role — part demand gen operator, part growth hacker, part content distributor. You'll set the strategy, but you'll also write the sequences, launch the campaigns, and clip the videos yourself until it's time to hire around you. Your north star is qualified pipeline.

What you'll own

• The demand gen engine. Full-funnel ownership from first touch to qualified pipeline, with a number attached to it.

• Outbound. Signal-based prospecting and sequencing — building, testing, and scaling outbound motions with a modern GTM stack (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or equivalents).

• Paid media. LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns, plus newsletter and podcast sponsorships — managed to CAC and pipeline targets, not vanity metrics.

• Content and distribution. Turning our long-form content, benchmark data, and founder POV into distribution across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts — including clipping video and podcast content into short-form that actually travels.

• Growth experiments. Landing pages, funnels, lead magnets, referral loops, and product-led hooks — shipped fast, measured honestly, killed or scaled quickly.

• Analytics and attribution. Funnel conversion, channel-level CAC, and pipeline reporting that tells us where the next dollar should go.

• AI leverage. Using AI across research, copy, creative, and workflow automation. We're an AI-native company and expect everyone to operate that way.

Who you are

• 3–6 years in growth or demand gen at a high-growth startup, ideally B2B SaaS — and you've personally scaled a motion from early traction to repeatable pipeline.

• Full-stack and hands-on. You can write a cold email sequence, launch a paid campaign, build a landing page, and cut a TikTok clip in the same week — and you'd rather do it yourself than write a brief.

• Native to short-form. You understand TikTok and Instagram culture, clipping, hooks, and what makes content travel — not as a spectator, but as someone who's shipped it.

• A pipeline mathematician. You think in CAC, conversion rates, and payback — and you know the difference between impressions and revenue.

• Fluent in the modern GTM stack. Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and whatever launched last month.

• Genuinely AI-native. You use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and AI video/creative tools daily to move faster. You'll be tested on this.

• Scrappy and high-agency. Zero-budget instincts, high-budget discipline. You default to shipping.
